Apple launch iPhone 12 series today: What to expect

The wait is almost over. By the end of the day today, Apple would’ve unveiled the iPhone 12 series to the world. However, people are waiting in anticipation and remain curious about what to expect from Apple’s big event tonight. If you want to know what the new iPhones might bring to the table, then here we tell you what we could expect to see in the iPhone 12 series

As per rumors and leaks so far, it is expected that four new iPhones will be launched
Like every year, Apple will wait till the last moment to reveal the names of the iPhones. However, rumor has it that the new iPhones may be named iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max

The iPhone 12 devices are likely to have 5.4-inch and 6.1-inch displays whereas the iPhone 12 Pro devices may bring a 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch display
Rumour has it that Apple may revisit a design aesthetic from the past and give the iPhone 12 series a flattened design like it was on iPhone 4/5.

It is suggested that the iPhone 12 series will have a dual-camera setup at the back, while the Pro series will have three cameras.

It’s not clear whether all phones will support 5G or not but the iPhone 12 Pro Max is rumored to certainly have it. There’s no absolutely no word on the prices but rumors suggest that the iPhone 12 mini will be the cheapest and iPhone 12 Pro Max the most expensive.

While Apple may differentiate the iPhone 12 series in terms of camera and display size, the phones are expected to be powered by the A14 processor — the fastest Apple has ever made. For the past two years, an LCD display powered ‘affordable’ iPhone has been in the mix. However, this year it is rumored that all iPhones will have an OLED display. Rumour has it that the iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max may arrive sometime in November whereas the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro is likely to arrive in October
